Returns & Refunds Policy (Digital Products)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital file has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not receive a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to accidental purchases, change of mind, or lack of use.
Issues with Your Order
If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your product, or if you receive the wrong file, please contact us at Support@meganjohnstone.com. We will work promptly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the correct product.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following circumstances:
- You were charged multiple times for the same product
- You did not receive your digital product due to a technical error on our end
